ANALYSIS
- Molars Class I
- Moderate-severe crowding of the unerupted anteriors
Upper Arch
- Moderate/Severe Crowding
- 12,22 are erupting ectopically deflecting off the roots of their deciduous counterpart 52,62 respectively.
- Upper arch – Need more space for the large succedaneous teeth
- Solution
- Extraction 52,62 to allow 12,22 to erupt
- Myobrace use immediately while we wait for eruption of the 4’s and 5’s before reassessing for need for RME. If compliance with Myobrace is good can continue with it.

Lower arch

- 41 Rotation – 42 is deflecting lingually off the root of the 82 and erupting into the erupted 41 causing it to rotate and tip.
- Option
- Extraction of the 82 whose root is deflecting the unerupted 42. Use Myobrace while waiting for the 42 to erupt before correcting the rotation of the 41
Treatment Plan
