Age 29
- Cross Bite with moderate/severe crowding of the lower anterior
- Asymmetric multiple missing teeth upper arch contributing to RHS cross bite
- Missing 16 and the 17 is not the same dimension as the 26. The 18 is also malformed
- Tooth size discrepency – 22 < 12
- Class II Div 2 – 80% deep bite
- Moderate-Severe crowding of the lower arch
- Lower anteriors are crowded (fanned)
- 33,43 rotated 90°


Dx – the up righting of the unerupted 48 and 38 was discussed as an option at a latter stage. However I will be endeavoring to do some extrusion while we are correcting the occlusion. Finalization can be done as a separate procedure/stage. TADs would likely to be required and the costing will be additional. Brody has noted this
